1. Listing Cancellation
Users may cancel their listing at any time by logging into their account and selecting the “Delete” or “Deactivate” option from their dashboard.
Once a listing is removed, it cannot be restored, and a new listing must be created if the user wishes to relist.
2. Paid Listing Cancellation & Refunds
- Within 24 Hours of Purchase: A full refund may be issued upon request if the listing has not been actively promoted.
- After 24 Hours: Refunds will not be provided, as the listing will have already been promoted on the platform.
- Policy Violations: In cases where a listing is removed due to a violation of platform policies, no refunds will be issued.
3. Communication Plan Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Within 24 Hours of Purchase: A full refund is available upon request, provided the user has not utilized our service to communicate with other users.
- After 24 Hours: Refunds will not be granted, as the user has already accessed the platform.
- Policy Violations: If a user is deactivated due to a violation of platform policies, no refunds will be issued.
4. Inquiry Cancellations
This platform acts as a medium connecting users; it does not facilitate transactions directly.
If a user wishes to cancel an inquiry or agreement, they must communicate directly with the other party.
Any agreements regarding deposits or payments should be discussed and handled privately.
5. Fraud or Scam-Related Cancellations
If a user suspects fraud, they should report the issue immediately.
The platform reserves the right to cancel or remove any listing found to be fraudulent or misleading without issuing a refund.

In case of any Refunds approved by the PEARL CUB TECHNOLOGIES LLP, it’ll take 7-10 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
